What You Get

The Audi e-tron GE (SUV and Sportback, plus e-tron S) shipped with the PR-QK1 front camera and TSR-capable Virtual Cockpit on most trims — the road-sign hardware is already reading the world from your first drive. But Audi never enabled the display side of the feature in the factory configuration.

Because of how the e-tron's headlight / camera controllers are bound to the vehicle CAN gateway, this activation is not app-driven for any model year — it runs live on a Windows PC + ENet cable with our team on screen from start to finish.

How It Changes Behavior

From factorythe e-tron's front camera continuously reads speed limits, warning signs and end-of-restriction signs, but the Virtual Cockpit never displays them — the data is quietly discarded module-side.

After activationlive speed limits, no-overtaking signs and warning signs are rendered in the Virtual Cockpit and (when fitted) the head-up display, exactly the way a factory-coded e-tron with TSR shows them.
