The A6 C8 Avant's power tailgate is large and takes a few seconds to close. Being able to trigger the close from your key fob while walking away saves time on every use.
After activation:
- Key fob closing — Press the tailgate button on your key fob to close from normal remote range. Walk away while it closes.
- Interior button — One-touch operation, works with and without ignition. No more holding the button.
- Practical for the Avant — With the A6 Avant's generous cargo area, you are often loading and unloading items. Remote close means you do not have to reach up to the tailgate button every time.
